The program will support mentees in gaining information and unlocking opportunities in the industry and will serve as an exchange of knowledge, experience and inspiration that is mutually beneficial to mentees and mentors. JennAir anticipates that this program will be a value-driven, rich, and rewarding experience focused on the professional and personal development of all participants.
